Policy

Booking

Following your query and written confirmation of the booking on our part, we will send you a request for payment. To guarantee your booking, we require advance payment equal to 100% of the accommodation amount. 

Check-in

After 02:00 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room / apartment has not been vacated yet, we will store your baggage until the moment when it will be ready.

Check-out

By 12:00 am

Additional accomodation

For kids aged up to 2 years we can offer complimentary baby cots.

All kids aged under 12 years will not be charged. Kid aged over 12 years will be charged 13 Euro / night, breakfast is not included.

Adults (over 17 years) accommodated on extra beds will be charged 26 Euro / night, breakfast is not included. 

Payment policy

Payment amounting to 100 % of total price is required in advance. 

For last minute reservations, the payments are made on arrival. We accept payments in cash and by card.

Canceling

Your request for cancellation will be accepted only in written, at the following e-mail: holidays@villakaliakra.com
Cancellations of bookings requested 7 or more days prior to the check-in date will be refunded in full after deducing of bank costs for money transfers.
For cancellations received between the 6th and the 1st day of the scheduled date of arrival, no amounts will be refunded.

Cleaning

The rooms/apartments are cleaned thoroughly before the new guests are accommodated. During your stay, your room will be cleaned daily as well.

General rules

Unfortunately we do not accept pets.
We abide by a strict non-smoking policy: smoking in the rooms is not permitted. You can smoke on the terraces and in the other designated spaces.
